When a new worker is onboarded into Expedo they will see a company-specific welcome message and/or video. This will be on the very first welcome page they see.

You can change what they see in the 'Onboarding Settings'

To edit these settings, start by navigating to your Company Profile & Settings page. 

Select the 'Onboarding Settings' tab.

Edit the Welcome Video

  • You can upload your own onboarding introduction video in MP4 format

  • Or you can use the Expedo default video

  • Or you can choose to not show a video during onboarding

Edit the Welcome Message

Tailor the wording to represent the company and outline the expectations for the worker's onboarding journey.
