Talent Pools

Talent Pools is where you can manage all of your job candidates, whichever stage of the recruitment journey they are in.

A Talent Pool is useful for grouping together candidates who might be suitable for a particular position.

Candidates can appear in several different Talent Pools.

All of your candidates will appear in the Talent Pool called ‘General’, which is already available in your Talent Pools list.
