A required component of the onboarding flow is for a company HR representative to review the details submitted by the worker, checking for any obvious errors or irregularities which may need to be rectified before the completion of this onboard then integrates the information against the worker’s profile and related systems such as payroll.

Example Email Received:

You can also access and review onboards by going to HR & Payroll > Onboarding > Pending Review > Select Worker

From here you can ‘Approve All' of the steps in one click:

Or approve each of the ‘steps' individually, where you can:

  • Edit Information: (Where needed to fix any basic errors etc)

  • Mark Complete: Where comfortable and suitable

  • Mark Incomplete: Which will allow for further feedback, and will issue an email notification to the worker to login and re-complete the required details as you have indicated.

NOTE: you may see some items on the left hand side already marked as complete, these are typically doccuments/courses which have already validated the requirements automatically within the system (Signoff/Exam).

TIP: Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the ‘mark complete/incomplete’ options.

You will then be prompted to finalise the onboard which is the final requirement before triggering the Complete Onboard items. From here, this onboard will then be found under the completed status:
