Creating a New Talent Pool

To Create a New Talent Pool, navigate to:

Hire → Talent Pools → Click the ‘Create’ Button

Alternatively, you can use the dropdown option next to the ‘Create’ button and select ‘New Talent Pool’ from other pages in Expedo.

Before creating a new talent pool, you can check if a relevant talent pool already exists using the search box.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk *

  • The Talent Pool Name must be unique

  • Select a Position Category from the dropdown menu before selecting a Position

With your new Talent Pool, you can

  • Add Candidates

  • Edit Talent Pool details
