A required component of the onboarding flow is for a company HR representative to review the details submitted by the worker, checking for any errors or irregularities. The Onboarding information needs to be checked and corrected before the approval, when the information is integrated into the worker’s profile and related systems such as payroll.

Example Email Received:

You can also access and review onboards by going to:

HR & Payroll → Onboarding → Review Required → Select Worker

From here you can ‘Approve All' of the steps in one click:

Or review each of the ‘steps' individually, where you can:

  • Edit Information: To fix any errors as needed

  • Mark Complete: Where comfortable and suitable

  • Mark Incomplete: Which will allow for further feedback, and will issue an email notification to the worker to login and re-complete the required details as you have indicated.

You may see some items on the left hand side already marked as complete, these are typically documents or courses whose requirements can be automatically validated within the system (e.g Sign-off or Exam completion).

Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the ‘mark complete/incomplete’ options.

You will then be prompted to finalise the onboard which is the final requirement before triggering the Complete Onboard items.

This onboard can now be found under the ‘Completed’ status:

Or under the worker profile:
