Create a New Rate Template [IN PROGRESS]

When creating a rate template you must first decided how you would like these to be configured. You are able to base your rate templates with dollar amount or percentage amounts.

Dollar Amounts - These would be used when all candidates that are going to be linked to this specific rate template are to be paid and charged the same as per the dollar amount included within the rate templates.

Percentage Amounts - The percentages are used when you have candidates that have the same payment RULES but potentially have differences in the amounts that are paid, this gives us the option to add in certain percentage mark up in the template and apply the base rate when choosing the rate template, the base rates are then multiplied by the percentages.

Select ‘New Rate Template’ on the right hand of the screen to begin, you will then see the below pop up appear.

Template Name

  • This is to be named an easy reference for what is included within the template, example of this are Award - Classification, Host Client - Job Title.

The next items are a reflection of how we have set up the engagements, they will need to be selected again here in the rate template. If you are needing more information on how these should be presented you are able to find this here -

Allowance Units Rounded

  • This gives us the option to either round allowance applied in this certain rate template up or down or to have this selected as the actual units.

Pay Structure

  • This is an option between Hour or Date rates to be applied.

RULES

A rule is determining how we are waiting to separate the days based on what needs to be paid/when these items need to be paid.
