Contract Templates (Marketplace)

Expedo Marketplace provides some pre-built contract templates that you can access and utilise straight away, without having to build out the relevant merge fields etc that embed into the contract when used during a live on-board.

Find these contract templates in the Contracts section of the Marketplace:

This shows only the first few contract templates. Click “View all” for a full list of contract templates.

Browsing through the contract templates

Browse through the contract template list in your library to find the ones you need. The list can be narrowed down using the tabs for the common employment types:

Full Time
Part Time
Casual

If you are unsure which type of engagement you need for position or employee, the Engagement Evaluation Tool will guide you through some questions to help determine the correct engagement.

Previewing a contract template

Click on a contract template tile from the list to see a preview of its contents.

Adding a contract template to your library

You cannot use a contract template until you add it to your library first. Todo this, click on the Add to Library button.

This will download the contract template to your library. See My Library.

When you add a contract template to your library, you will be asked to give it a new name.

You can leave it defaulted to the original name or assign it a new name if you will be using it for a specific purpose.

Click Save. This will add the template to your library, and you can now customise it by clicking the Customise Contract button on the message that appears next.
