Contract Templates (My Library)

This is your library of contract templates. You can only use contract templates in your library to configure positions and create onboardings.

This list is composed of contract templates that orginated from the following sources:

1. Templates provided by Expedo which are packaged from the system.

2. Templates downloaded from the Marketplace.

3. Templates you built yourself.

Note: As of March 2021, only contract templates downloaded from the Marketplace are available in this list. The others will be shown at a later stage.

What you can do with the contract templates in your library

1. Customise. If a contract template originated from the Marketplace, you will be able to customise them by pre-setting certain questions to default values in order to simplify the onborading process.

2. Duplicate. Make a copy of a contract template that will inherit all of its customisations.

3. Delete.

4. Use in onboarding. To do this, you will first need to assign them to a position, after which you can then onboard workers in that position. Typically a contract template can be 'shared' across multiple positions as the contracts have dynamic fields, clauses and text which allow the maintenance of just a handful of contract types, without having to build and make them tailored for each position (which can be 20+in some organisations).
