Company Details
This article guides you through how to set up or edit details for a Company.
These details can be inserted automatically into HR documents, letters, payroll and more.
Note that this article is suited to users with 'Company/Client' level access to Expedo HR, and NOT worker/manager level access.

Start by navigating to your Company Profile & Settings page.
Editing Basic Details
Click the ‘Edit’ button in Basic Details
Update the Company Details as needed and click ‘Save’
Items to consider:
If you have more then one Registered Business Name/Number/Entity, you will need to setup multiple company accounts to reflect the individual businesses.
Payroll contact name/email is used for notification purposes during the completion of an onboard process. If you want your payroll contact to have access to the system, please see https://expedo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ESG/pages/563380436 .
Company Logo & Branding
You can edit your company's branding so that your chosen colour scheme and logo are showing across the entire platform.
If you have more than one company in the system, you can use separate logos & colours for each one
Edit Brand Logo
You will need your brand logo in a PNG or JPEG image file format.
Tip: Try and crop as much 'white space' that surrounds your logo before uploading.
In company settings, click the icon underneath the current logo and select the image file for your new logo.
Edit Contract Logo
The contract logo can be added to contracts and other documents. For example, as a letterhead.
You will need your contract logo in a PNG or JPEG image file format.
A smaller image file size can be used here than for your brand logo
In company settings, click on the current contract logo and select the image file for your new logo.
Edit Primary Colour
The primary colour will show throughout Expedo as background for the main navigation panes, buttons and text.
Tip: Try avoiding very light colours, as icons and text through the system are white, which may result in lack of clarity.
In company settings, use the colour wheel to select your primary colour.
You can enter a hex code underneath if you need more specific colour control
Departments
Departments can be used for:
Payroll categories
Departmental budgets & statistics
Inclusion in contracts, letters and other documents
Each department must have a Department Name and a unique Department Number. ***???
To add a department, click on the 'New' button in Departments
Enter the details and click 'Add'
Click on an existing department name to change it.
Click on the corresponding cross to remove it.
Sites
Sites usually represent a physical address where the company has workers.
Sites can be used for:
Payroll categories
Departmental budgets & statistics
Site-specific inductions
Inclusion in contracts, letters and other documents
Sites can be imported and/or integrated with the 'Location' within Expedo Payroll.
To add a new site, click on the 'New' button in Sites.
Enter the details and click 'Add'.
Click on an existing Site name to change it.
Click on the corresponding cross to remove it.
