Viewing an Existing Job

To locate an existing job, navigate to:

Hire → Jobs

You can use the search box to find the job title.

Click on a job title to view the summary and details for that job.

Job Summary and the Pipeline Snapshot

At the top of the page, you can see the summary of the job including the created date, salary range, hiring team, job status, and its unique reference number.

The pipeline snapshot will give you a report on the total number of applications in each pipeline stage.

Overview Tab

The overview tab will give you an overview of your hiring activities and the performance of each job ad posted to different job boards.

Job Settings Tab

This tab contains all important information about a job; including the details, salary information, job description, position responsibilities, and requirements.

This information will be copied over when you create a new job ad. See Creating a new job ad for more information,.

Job Ads Tab

In Expedo Hire, you can post multiple ads on different boards for the same job. They are all displayed under this tab.

You can filter out the job ads by their status or posting date by clicking on the “Filters“ button as shown below.

Applicant Page

In order to view the applicants list, click on “View Applicants“ button from the pipeline snapshot.

From applicants page, you can always navigate back to the job details page in 2 ways:

By clicking the back button on your web browser.
By clicking on the job name shown in blue colour at the top of the page.

Applicants Inbox

The applicants inbox tab is where you can see all new applications coming from different sources. Declined and withdrawn applications will also be listed on this page.

You can filter out the applicants list by its status, availability, location or source by clicking on the “Filter“ button as shown below.

You can view the details of an application by clicking on any applicant name from the list. See Applicants for more information related to the applicant and available features.

Pipeline

The pipeline page presents your hiring workflow in the form of a Kanban board. You can customise your pipeline in the settings page. See Creating a New Hiring Pipeline for more information.
