That information will be copied across to the job ad when you create a new one. See Create a New Job Ad for more information.

In order to bring up the editing form, click the “Edit“ button at the top right corner of the job details card.

In this form, you can edit all information except the selected position category and position of the job. Asterisks next to field titles indicate required values that must not be left empty.

Please also note that you can select another hiring pipeline for a Draft Job only.

Edit Job Salary Information

In order to bring up the editing form, click the “Edit“ button at the top right corner of the salary information card.

In this form, you can update the currency, the minimum, maximum salary and its frequency.

Below salary from and salary to fields, you can see the on-cost calculation based on the job’s employment type and hiring country. See Setting up On-Cost Percentage for more information around how to set up the on-cost percentage for each employment type in different countries.

For your convenience, Expedo Hire has a position library which are templates containing the job descriptions, requirements and responsibilities. The template is auto-generated based on the selected position when you first create a job. You can always edit the information by clicking the “Edit“ button at the top right corner of the card.

Please note that you are required to fill in at least 150 characters in the job description form.

In order to bring up the editing form, click the “Edit“ button at the top right corner of the job requirements & job responsibilities card.

You can choose to show or hide a specific checkpoint by checking or unchecking the line.

An “X“ button will appear on a checkpoint when hovering the mouse over. Clicking on that “X“ button will delete the checkpoint.

You can add a new checkpoint by typing a name for it in the text entry box at the bottom of the list, then clicking the “Add“ button.
