Publishing a Job

By publishing a job it will become active, allowing everyone within your hiring team to see it. Once you publish a job, you cannot undo this action.

To publish a job, navigate to:

Hire → Jobs → Draft

You can use the search box to find the job title.

You can either:

  • Publish directly from the draft page, or

  • Review the job summary and details and then publish

To publish from the draft page, click the action menu button on the right-hand side of the relevant job and choose ‘Publish Job’.

Or you can click on the job title to review the job summary and details. Then you can click the ‘Publish Job’ button in the top right corner.

 

Please note that only jobs in Draft status can be published
