Completing a Job

Completing a Job will transition its status from Active to Filled. This action indicates that the hiring team has found a suitable candidate and that the job will no longer accept new applications.

Job Ads will remain active and keep running until the job has been filled (completed).

If a job has not been filled but you want to stop receiving applications, you can inactivate it by Cancelling the Job.

 

To complete a job, navigate to:

Hire → Jobs → Active

You can use the search box to find the job title.

 

You can either:

  • Complete a job directly from the active jobs page, or

  • Review the job summary and details before completing

To complete from the active jobs page, click the action menu button on the right-hand side of the relevant job and choose ‘Complete Job’.

Or you can click on the job title to review the job summary and details. Then you can click the ‘Complete Job’ button in the top right corner.
